For those who would like guidance through their training program, SFR Performance offers weekly coaching. There are 2 options: weekly coaching & monthly coaching. "Weekly coaching" provides program guidance and coaching for 1 week at a time. "Monthly coaching" provides program guidance and coaching for 1 month at a time. Guidance and coaching will be conducted via email.
